C&PS is a property based private equity business with a strong track record trading since 1996

ABOUT US

In our investment vehicles, where possible, we are the largest investor. This demonstrates our faith and committment towards each of our projects.

For example, in City & Provincial (Equity Partners) Limited ("EP") which has been trading since 2002, C&PS is the largest investor at 28% with other director controlled investors taking this to 30%.  This fund has seen its share price rise from £1 to £6.50 and has now begun redistributing capital to investors.

  • One/

Currently there are 33 investors in EP investing from £25,000 to in excess of £750,000 each

  • Two/

Our property portfolios are designed to generate high yields (typically in excess of 10% per annum) with inherent opportunities to add value to further improve return

  • Three/

C&PS is the largest single investor in our largest fund, EP. We believe it is important to own a significant holding as this firmly aligns our interest with that of our investors
