City & Provincial Securities Limited (C&PS) is a property based private equity business which has been investing in the UK property market since 1996.

We have created a strong property investment company able to source investment opportunities, structure favourable debt and equity packages and manage assets effectively so as to maximize shareholder's funds for our investor base.

There are two primary elements to the business, namely:

C&PS is the largest individual shareholder in, and fund manager, of City & Provincial (Equity Partners) Limited, which is a diversified investment vehicle built up selectively over the last 9 years and has a strong track record.

Entry is via 'invitation only' and this company is permanently open for new investment.

Investment Clubs/Separate Accounts

We create and manage separate stand-alone vehicles for a variety of our high net worth clients.
