ABOUT US

C&PS is a property based private equity business which has been investing in the UK property market since 1996.

Formed following the founders having gained considerable experience in the City and West End fund, investment and banking markets, C&PS has evolved as a unique and resourceful business which has been able to grow, consolidate and withstand the cycles of the last 20 years.  We feel able to continue in the same vein for another 20 years and to work with our investors for mutual benefit.

We are looking to expand our investor base and always welcome new enquiries.
